30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Swiitch device for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

You must contact us at hello@getswiitch.com within 30 days of delivery;

You must provide your order number and a brief reason for the return; and
-
You must return the device in reasonable condition, allowing for normal handling and use. The purchaser is responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from us and only to customers in South Africa. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@getswiitch.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
